Start by baking the sweet potatoes.
Peel the sweet potatoes and then cube them.
Place the butter and the brown sugar in the microwave. Drizzle this over the sweet potatoes.
These can easily be made ahead of time. I make them the day before, chill, then bake when I am ready.
