Whole Wheat Flour
Add your ingredients to a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer. Form the dough and let rise.
Divide your dough into small pieces. Roll each piece into a long rope.
Twist into the classic pretzel shape and pinch the ends.
Boil the pretzels in baking soda water, making sure to flip to both sides.
Brush with eggwash and salt, and bake in the oven.
