Whole wheat pastry flour
Brown and white sugar
Baking powder and salt
Cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg
Mix all dry ingredients except for the brown sugar in a small bowl.
In another bowl, combine butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
Add egg, pumpkin and vanilla. Mix.
Form into balls and coat in cinnamon-sugar mix. Bake.
