Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey or another sweetener of choice
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon mayo
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon poppy seeds optional
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together with ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Whisk well.
