Ingredients

cups
cabbage carrot bagged mixes
or equivalent if you are slicing it on your own.
½
cup
thinly sliced shallots
¾
cup
chopped parsley

cup
craisins
White wine vinaigrette
⅔
cup
olive oil
¼
cup
white wine vinegar
3
tablespoons
honey

tablespoons
dijon mustard

teaspoon
salt
more as needed

teaspoon
ground black pepper
Instructions
Add the cabbage/carrot mix, shallots, parsley, and dried cranberries to a large bowl.
Mix all ingredients for the dressing. Taste and add more salt and pepper as needed.
Right before serving, pour the dressing over the salad and toss to mix it together.
