Instructions
Start by mixing the marinade for the chicken.
Pound out the thick end of the chicken breast until it is all an even thickness.
Next, place the chicken in a ziplock bag and add the marinade. Close and remove most of the air. Massage the chicken to ensure the marinade covers all the chicken.
Place in fridge for at least 3o minutes or up to 10 hours.
Pull chicken from the fridge and bring to room temp. Sprinkle with salt.
Heat grill to 450 degrees.
Grease grates on the grill and add chicken. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side. Let chicken rest for a few minutes before cutting.
