Instructions
Bring water and milk to a boil over medium heat. Add in salt and millet.
Reduce heat to medium-low and cook until the millet it is soft.
***Optional*** I like to do this, but it isn't necessary. Blend with an immersion blender until the porridge is smooth.
Top with your toppings of choice. I topped mine with chopped currants, a sprinkle of cinnamon, heavy cream, maple syrup, and sliced almonds.

Fresh Berries: Fresh berries like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries add sweetness and a pop of color to your millet porridge.
Fresh Fruit: Sliced bananas, diced apples, pears, or peaches provide natural sweetness and a delicious contrast in texture.
