Equipment

  • 1 slow cooker

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds red potatoes
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoons garlic salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

Instructions

  • Wash the potatoes, remove any large eyes, and cut into 1-inch pieces. If you want to peel the potatoes, you can do this, but I prefer them with the skins on. Place the potatoes into the slow cooker.
  • Drizzle the oil and sprinkle the seasoning on top of the potatoes. Mix the potatoes with a rubber spatula until they are well coated and all the seasoning is distributed.
  • Cover and set it to cook on high for 4 hours and low for 6 hours.
  • Once the potatoes are tender, they are ready to serve.
