Chicken sausage and veggie skillet
Variety of veggies
Salt and Pepper
Cooked brown rice
Gather all ingredients, this will cook quickly.
Saute the sausage, onions, and peppers together.
Add in the tomatoes, garlic, and squash and cook another few minutes.
Make sure and stir regularly while it is cooking. Add seasonings.
Last in is the brown rice. Mix and cover until it is heated.
Done and ready to go!
Not only does this make a really delicious dinner, but it is also a great way to use up all those lost vegetables you have sitting in the fridge. This makes a good-sized batch, so save those leftovers for meal prep!
