Add your granulated sugar and mint leaves to a small saucepan.

Next, add in water and turn on low heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar is dissolved.

While the syrup is cooling, add your blueberries, sugar, and lime juice to a small bowl.

When everything is ready, add about ¼-1/2 cup blueberry mixture to your glass.

Next, add the mint simple syrup, then the sparkling water.
