I love how easy this whole wheat bread is to make. It is a no knead bread recipe, so no special equipment needed.
Whisk together the whole wheat flour, salt and yeast in a bowl.
Add in the water and mix just until it is combined.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let sit at room temperature for 10-18 hours.
Preheat the oven and dutch oven. Gently roll the dough into a ball and place in the HOT dutch oven and bake.
