These Peanut Butter Energy Balls are a great post-workout snack or even lunchbox addition.

Add the oats, peanut butter, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt into the food processor.


Pulse the food processor until all ingredients are combined.


Add the chocolate and pulse only 2 or 3 times.


Scoop into balls using a small cookie scoop or a tablespoon measure and roll them into balls.
