THis sweet and spicy habanero jelly is so irrestible!

Habaneros

Lemon juice

Granulated sugar

Ingredients

Chop the habaneros, making sure to wear gloves. BE CAREFUL!

Add all ingredients to your sauce pan and turn on the heat.

Cook to the "gel point"- more on this in the recipe.

You can either can these, or if you eat it as fast as I do, put them in the fridge.

That is it! This recipe is simple and a great way to make use of the summer's fresh fruits.
