Whole wheat pastry flour All-purpose flour Baking powder Baking soda Salt Butter Canola oil Sour cream or plain Greek yogurt Brown sugar Egg Grated zucchini Bananas Vanilla


Step One:

Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture. 

Step two:

mix your dry ingredients together and set aside

Step three:

Mix butter, oil, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla in another bowl

Step four:

Add in flour mixture, and then add bananas and zucchini

Step five:

Pour into a pan and bake
