Is coleslaw healthy? It sure can be! This simple apple slaw will prove both points and be a recipe you are going to love!
3. Red Onions
5. Greek Yogurt
6. Mayo- just a touch
7. Apple cider vinegar
8. Celery seed
Thinly slice your cabbage, carrots, and red onion if you are using them.
YOu can either thinly slice your apples, or cut them in chunks as i did.
Mix your dressing in a small bowl.
Drizzle it over all the veggies and apples.
Mix well. I like to let it sit for at least an hour to marinate, but it can also be served right away.
This apple coleslaw is simple to put together, healthy, and really delicious. It is the perfect side dish for any fall meal!
