Start by sprouting  your lentil, I have instructions for this on in the article.

Next, slice and chop all your vegetables for the slaw.

Mix the dressing for the slaw. This is simple and quick to make.

Place all your vegetables and sprouted lentils into a large bowl.

Drizzle the dressing over the bowl and mix well.
