These strawberry lemon muffins are the perfect way to make use of those fresh strawberries and lemons!
Baking powder and soda
Butter and oil
Chop your strawberries into small pieces.
Zest the lemon.
Mix together the dry ingredients in a small bowl.
Mix the wet ingredients together and combine them with the dry ingredients.
Fold in the strawberries, making sure not to overmix.
Spoon in the batter and top with the struesel. Bake until they are done.
