Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped mango
  • 4 cups chopped strawberries
  • ¼ cup honey or more to taste
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice about 2 limes
  • 4 cups cold water plus more as needed
  • Ice for serving (optional)

Instructions

  • Add the mango, strawberries, honey, lime juice, and water to a blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth.
  • Taste and adjust the sweetness or consistency, adding more honey or water if needed.
  • Pour over glasses filled with ice and serve immediately.

    • Use ripe, fresh fruit for the best flavor. Frozen fruit can be substituted if needed.
    • For a smoother agua fresca, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve before serving.

    • Honey can be replaced with granulated sugar, maple syrup, coconut sugar, or your preferred sweetener.
