Easy Instant Pot Black Rice (Forbidden Rice) Recipe
This is the simplest method for cooking black rice! This easy Instant Pot black rice (forbidden rice) recipe is hands-off and done with minimal effort.

Ingredients

liquid- this can be broth or water

less if you are using a salted broth
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in the inner pot of the instant pot. Seal the lid and set to high pressure cook for 15 minutes.
Once the cooking time is done, let it natural release for 10 minutes. Then, finish with a quick release.
Remove the lid, fluff, and serve.
