Honey Mustard Vinaigrette {Stoneground Mustard}

This is the perfect dressing for all your fall-flavored and autumn-themed salads. It is simple to make and comes together quickly.

Ingredients

  • cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2-3 tablespoons stoneground mustard I like to use at least 3 in my dressing
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon salt plus more as needed
  • dash ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to the mason jar or bowl you are using. Shake or mix it well. Taste and adjust the salt and pepper as needed. If you would like a sweeter dressing, you can also add another 1-2 teaspoons of honey.
