- 500 grams tip 00 flour
- 8 grams salt
- 2 large eggs
- enough water to make 200 grams of liquid
Measure the salt and flour in a bowl. In another mason jar or pitcher that came with the machine, add 2 eggs with enough water to bring it to 200 grams. Mix this eggs and water together.
Add the flour mixture to the machine and power the machine on. Set it for a double batch and let it begin mixing. Slowly pour in the liquid through the slits on the lid. The machine will mix and knead the dough.
Once the dough starts extruding, cut the pasta to the desired length.
