Pasta Extruder Recipe (With Eggs)

Equipment

  • 1 pasta extruder

Ingredients

  • 500 grams tip 00 flour
  • 8 grams salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • enough water to make 200 grams of liquid

Instructions

  • Measure the salt and flour in a bowl. In another mason jar or pitcher that came with the machine, add 2 eggs with enough water to bring it to 200 grams. Mix this eggs and water together.
  • Add the flour mixture to the machine and power the machine on. Set it for a double batch and let it begin mixing. Slowly pour in the liquid through the slits on the lid. The machine will mix and knead the dough.
  • Once the dough starts extruding, cut the pasta to the desired length.
