Puffed Kamut Oat And Peanut Butter Balls

These tasty little puffed kamut oat and peanut butter balls are the perfect snack solution. They are simple to make and loaded with real food goodness.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups puffed kamut
  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • ¾ cup pure maple syrup
  • ¼ cups chia seeds
  • 1 cup oats
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Soften the peanut butter in the microwave for about 45 seconds.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl except the chocolate chips. Mix well until it is all combined with a rubber spatula.
  • Add in the chocolate chips and mix well again.
  • Form the balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill in the fridge for about 1 hour. Then store them in an airtight container for up to one week.
