Simple Hot Cocoa Mix with Creamer
This is a simple hot cocoa mix. Adding in the coffee creamer on top of the powdered milk, makes for the creamiest hot cocoa.

- 4 cups powdered milk
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
- 1½ teaspoons vanilla powder
In a large bowl, whisk together the powdered milk, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, non-dairy creamer, and vanilla powder until well combined.
Transfer the hot cocoa mix to an airtight container.
To prepare, stir ¼ cup of the hot cocoa mix into 1 cup hot water until smooth.
Top with whipped cream, marshmallows, chocolate shavings, or your favorite toppings.

- For an extra-smooth mix, pulse the ingredients in a food processor after whisking.
- Add mini chocolate chips to the mix for an even richer cup of hot cocoa.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 month.
