I really think everyone needs to try these Simple Vanilla Pomegranate Fizz. They are non-alcoholic and so delicious. Plus, they are made with 2 simple ingredients. Well, 4 if you count the whip cream topping and fresh pom on top. Perfect for your next get-together or family meal!

Simple Steps To Create The Drink

The drink is so easy to put together, I promise. Use a 50/50 mix of pomegranate juice and vanilla cream soda. I will give my recommendations for both but use what you prefer. So, start with plenty of ice. Then add in your pomegranate juice. You can make your own, but I really like POM juice. Fill your cup or container halfway with the juice.

Now, I know this soda is more expensive, but it is so worth it! Henry Weinhard's vanilla cream soda is so good! If you can find it, use it!! I can find it in most grocery stores here.

At this point, you can mix the 2 together, but I leave them separated until we drink them. The color variation is really pretty!! This Simple Pomegranate and Vanilla Fizz is a beautiful drink!

    Topping The Drink

If you are feeling really wild, let's top the drink with some whipped cream. Again, not necessary, but it is so good!! Fresh would be great, but the spray can is good too.

I also love the taste and the texture of fresh pomegranate on top as well. Again, not necessary, but really good. Plus, how beautiful is the red against the white whipped cream??

You know I have a thing for red...so....

This photo shows the beautiful color variation in the layers. This is why I don't mix until I drink it! Does this not look like the holidays? A Pomegranate and Vanilla Fizz needs to be on your next table for the holidays! Well, okay. It really is good anytime.

If you are looking for an alcohol-free option for your next get-together? This is it! Better yet, look for a good non-alcoholic drink for yourself. This is it!!

Looking for a variety of other non-alcoholic drinks, I have got you covered. What about a really awesome charcuterie board to go with the drinks? Yeah, I have that too!

    Ingredients

    • 2-3 cups pomegranate juice
    • 2-3 cups vanilla cream soda I love Henry Winehard's, but use whatever you love.
    • whip cream optional
    • pomegranate arils (seeds)

    Instructions

    • Mix equal parts of the pomegranate juice and cream soda. You can do this in the cups you will serve in, or in a serving pitcher.
If you are into it, top your drinks with whipped cream and the pom arils. I love this, as I love the whipped cream wiht the drink and I love the flavor and texture of the arils on top! If you aren't into it, skip this step!
Because of the carbonation, it is best mixed and served right away. Don't worry, it is simple enough, it comes together fast!
Now, sit back and enjoy this drink, but more importantly, enjoy your get together now you have the time! You deserve it!
