This Vanilla Pomegranate Fizz is one of the easiest mocktails you'll ever make. With just pomegranate juice and vanilla cream soda, it's simple, festive, and perfect for holidays, family dinners, or anytime you want something a little special without much effort.

If you're serving guests, add a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of fresh pomegranate arils for an extra festive finish.

    Ingredients

You'll only need two ingredients for the drink:

    • 100% pomegranate juice – I usually use POM Wonderful, but any 100% pomegranate juice works.
    • Vanilla cream soda – Henry Weinhard's is my favorite, but use whichever brand you enjoy.

    Optional garnishes:

    • Fresh pomegranate arils
    • Whipped cream

    How to Make

Fill a glass with ice, then pour in equal parts pomegranate juice and vanilla cream soda.

For a layered look, slowly pour the cream soda over the back of a spoon. I like leaving the layers visible until it's time to drink—it makes a pretty presentation, especially during the holidays.

Top with whipped cream and fresh pomegranate arils if you'd like, then serve immediately.

    Recipe Tips

    • Chill both ingredients before mixing so the drink stays cold without watering it down.
    • Pour the soda gently to keep it bubbly.
    • For parties, let guests add their own whipped cream and garnishes. Skip the whipped cream for a lighter drink—the mocktail is delicious either way.

    Variations

    • Use sparkling water instead of cream soda for a less sweet version.
    • Garnish with fresh rosemary for a holiday presentation.
    • Add an orange slice for a little citrus flavor.

Looking for a variety of other non-alcoholic drinks, I have got you covered. What about a really awesome charcuterie board to go with the drinks? Yeah, I have that too!
